Matala Filtration Media
A good biofilter needs a lot of surface area with open spaces between for good aerated water flow. A high surface area is useless if the passageways are so small that water flow cannot penetrate.This light-weight versatile product is made of curly,fibre thermo-polypropylene compounds, and is non-toxic to the environment. It is easy to cut and fits in any application. Available in 4 densities:

- MATALA - BLUE Filter Mat, High Density
- MATALA - GREY Filter Mat, Super High Density
Signature Series 2500 Biofalls
A Biofalls Filter provides complete mechanical and biological filtration. Easy to install and maintain. Requires cleaning only once a year. Can be buried to create a stream or raised to be the start of a waterfall.
- Recommended for pump volumes of 3,000 – 7,000 gallons per hour.
- Filters up to 2500 gallons.
- Made from durable rotational molded polyethylene ensuring maximum strength.
- Reversal waterfall lip.
- Expanded surface area filter mats.

Grande Biofalls
The Grande Biofalls filter is capable of filtering ponds up to 10,000 gallons. This large, three-stage filtration unit has a huge settling chamber, thick biological filter pads and drawstring nets for biological media (not included). Made of heavy-duty polyethylene construction. Comes with 3" bulkhead and male flexible PVC pipe adapter.

BIOFALLS SIGNATURE 6000

- Filters up to 6000 gallons.

Electronic clarifier for ponds and pondless waterfall systems. Simple to install. Treats up to 25,000 gallons. Energy efficient (less than $1 a month in electricity costs). Comes complete with 2" PVC tee, control panel, 6 watt transformer, 1 Probe, Copper test strips.
The Aquascape IonGen™ is a water clarifier solution for ponds, Pondless Waterfalls, and other decorative water features. The IonGen™ drastically reduces pond maintenance and provides crystal clear water without the use of chemicals. A microprocessor inside the IonGen™ control panel causes the outermost atoms of copper, silver and zinc to lose an electron, creating a positive ion. The positive ion attempts to flow from one of the Probe's bars to the other and is swept away by the flow of water where the ion can begin to treat the water. The IonGen™ Probe is self cleaning, using reverse polarity to prevent scale and debris build-up on the Probe's bars. The metal alloys in the Probe are scientifically blended and tested to produce maximum results. The IonGen™ System is safe for fish and plants and is not toxic to any animals that may drink from the pond.
